The Journal Journey

I finished one journal last night, and it is beautiful! Knowing that I put my heart into it—from the fabric design to the last stitch—gives me goose bumps. I really enjoy the process... it's become a meditation for me. I can tell the difference between creating something because I want to sell it and creating something because I am inspired to do so.

I realize also that I can streamline the process by doing all the production work up font, and concentrating on the fabric design and the embellishments on the back-end. And really make each piece something special!
